The journal is adopting a double-blind review process. Submitted manuscripts that passed plagiarism checking, are subjected to revision by at least a couple of qualified peer reviewers within two week. The reviewing process may take longer, depending on out-of-hand reasons such as the length of the manuscript, the reviewer's availability, and the reviewer's responses. 

After completing the review process and acceptance by the editors, accepted manuscripts according to ASTB requirements, will then be sent to the editing editor to produce the proof. Normally the proof will be returned to the author for checking 1 to 3 weeks after the acceptance. After receiving corrected proof, the manuscript will usually appear online within two weeks.
